L'offre est identique à l'année dernière! mais je vous explique tout étape par étape :

Etape 1 : Achetez en une seule fois (sur un seul ticket de caisse) 1 ou plusieurs produits (dans la limite de 5 maximum) de la marque Fluocaril ou Parogencyl (hors Fluocaril bi-fluoré 250 mg) entre le 1er avril 2019 et le 30 Septembre 2019, dans votre pharmacie ou parapharmacie.

On pense à demander une facturette surtout!!

Etape 2 : Rendez vous ICI dans 15 jours suivant la date d’achat

Etape 3 : Complétez le formulaire en ligne. Il faut avoir les codes barres près de soit, ne jetez pas vos emballages tout de suite!

Etape 4 : Téléchargez la photo de votre ticket de caisse en entourant IMPERATIVEMENT les références et les prix des produits ainsi que la date d’achat et le nom de la pharmacie ou parapharmacie.

Sur le site il est proposé de faire la demande de remboursement par courrier si vous préférez. N'oubliez pas de joindre une lettre pour le remboursement du timbre.

Personnellement je fais par internet car je suis quitte de courir à la poste pour l’achat d'un timbre gris (moins cher), je suis sure que mon courrier n'est pas perdu dans un centre de tri!

Pour le courrier, il faut recopier les codes barres sur papier libre, joindre la facture dans les même conditions et ne surtout pas oublier de joindre un RIB. Cela parait con, mais combien s'étonnent de ne pas être remboursés et quand ils réfléchissent ont peut être oubliez de joindre un RIB.
